With the support of the Department of Trade (DTI) and Industry in South Africa, 1st Call Group was one of the first Contact centres to receive approval for the BPO (Business Process Outsource) grant scheme launched in 2011, through growth, strategic partnerships with our clients and an unrivalled dedication for success.

In 2012 1st Call Group was awarded “Outstanding International Operator” by the DTI for its delivery of the Monyetla work Readiness programme.
